Here in this cooperative of embroiderers, weavers and textile designers you experience creativity tapping into traditional skills.  The abundant skills that these artisans have supports them in creating a dignified livelihood.   Through the empowering model of an Artisan Trust,  each artisan becomes a shareholder when they join and are eligible to serve on the board. This means that in addition to a fair wage, the women also receive a share of profits and have a say in decision-making.  A model of cooperative enterprise that is truly empowering.
