ABOUT THE ARTISANS
This bag is handmade by survivors of human trafficking or women at risk of trafficking in India. In addition, the organization that works with the women donates 10% of gross profits to organizations that help stop trafficking around the world. The women not only earn a fair wage, but receive pension plans, health insurance and job training. Your purchase helps support anti-trafficking initiatives throughout the world, such as career academies and art therapy, and fosters youth outreach and awareness campaigns.
Each bag is made with eco-friendly materials such as certified organic cotton, and is printed with water-based phthalate-free inks.
