She's Free Earrings, India

These stunning earrings are not only on trend but are special because they are made by survivors of human trafficking. They feature a shiny, gold ball on a brass chain that threads through the ear.  There is a gold curved wire that falls behind the ear, creating a unique, fun look.

Measures approximately 2" long.

Please note that there is a reflection in the photo, but the ball is a solid, shiny gold.

This beautiful jewelry is handmade by women in Mumbai, India, who are survivors of human trafficking.  Sex trafficking is a form of modern-day slavery, and the women who are rescued are often severely traumatized from their experience.  This program not only provides them with an income, it offers education, medical care, counseling and mentoring, thus empowering the women to live a life of freedom.
