This piece features a transparent lavender bar with specs of silver, creating a unique, contemporary design. Each piece is individually crafted so exact designs will vary.

ABOUT THE ARTISANS
The artisans who make this jewelry live in the central mountainous Andean region of Colombia. They are part of a fair trade cooperative where they are paid fair wages and work in safe, comfortable conditions. They use bio-based resins made from upcycled or recycled materials that have been discarded. One example is pine park that is stripped from pine trees when they are made into lumber. This process creates a "green chemistry," which uses no petroleum based products and reduces the carbon footprint.
