These gorgeous earrings are handmade out of recycled, hand-painted metal in a women's cooperative in India.  The lightweight blue and gold charms dangle as you wear these fun, festive earrings.

Earrings measure approximately 2.75" long.

Recycled gold-plated brass; nickel-free.

ABOUT THE ARTISANS

This piece of jewelry was handcrafted by talented female artisans in a fair trade cooperative in India. The artisans are paid 3x the minimum wage, receive health insurance and have access to educational scholarships.  The women are victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault, and working in fair trade cooperatives has helped them not only become self-sufficient but has provided them with a new sense of dignity.
