This gorgeous scarf is printed by hand in Rajasthan, India, by traditional craftspeople using hand-carved teak blocks.  Printed on pre-shrunk, lightweight and ultra-soft cotton, our scarves feature the traditional art of hand block printing made India. They are made using organic, eco-friendly colors, pigments, and dyes.

ABOUT THE ARTISANS

Our block printed scarves are handmade in a fair trade artisan cooperative in India.  The artisans  use traditional Indian block printing design techniques and eco-friendly dyes.  They earn excellent wages and have seen their standard of living improve greatly through fair trade practices.  Their contemporary designs combined with traditional techniques create beautiful products that appeal to western consumers.
