ABOUT THE ARTISANS

This product was made in the Palestinian city of Bethlehem or Hebron in the West Bank. It's crafted in the long-standing ceramic traditions of that city, and helps support artisans living in a region beset with intense social and political conflicts. Artisans are provided with training, fair wages, and work in safe conditions. Their work serves as a reminder of the importance of beauty and art in times of struggle.
