ABOUT THE ARTISANS

This beautiful bag was handmade by women in a fair trade cooperative in Ahmedabad, India.  The talented artisans are paid excellent wages and work in safe conditions.  Their full-time, fair trade employment enables them to provide for their families and lead a dignified life.
