Microwave instructions:  Using a microwave with a turntable, heat the pillow for 20 seconds, redistribute seeds and heat again in 20-second intervals until comfortably warm.

ABOUT THE ARTISANS

This item was made by women in the rural and mountainous regions of Nepal. The women receive medical and education allowances and paid leave and maternity leave  while earning a livable income. They're able to continue the use of traditional techniques, and by working from home they're able to care for their children.
